Guarantee
Thank you for making ESC your first choice.
Our creations are designed and produced in Portugal and undergo detailed controls to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction.
ESC offers a three-year warranty against any manufacturing defects for the product purchased and maintained within the guidelines and conditions of use, from the date of purchase duly indicated on the purchase receipt. The right is reserved to refuse to apply the warranty without presentation of this document and is limited to the value of the product on the date of purchase.
ESC is responsible for quality defects that occur during the manufacturing process after assessment by the brand's Quality Control.
ESC is not responsible for incorrect repair or maintenance of the product.
To claim the warranty, you must go to any ESC store within the warranty period.
After analyzing the product, ESC reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace it with an equivalent or successor product.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from signs of wear and friction, cuts in the material, accidents such as exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or any other liquid, forced closures, deformation of the product caused by use, improper use by the user or third parties, including incorrect cleaning of the material.
The following items, resulting from misuse and/or maintenance by the consumer, are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Wear on the sole and heel;
- Color fading and appearance of stains due to contact with other materials (such as jeans, paint, among others), stains caused by rain, grease;
- Shoes that give way or hurt your feet;
- Torn linings due to incorrect force when wearing;
- Damaged shoe counters or any type of action that damages the shoe;
- Shoes damaged due to washing;
- Odor and bad smell problems.
Examples of situations that are not included in the warranty/manufacturing defect:
NUBUCK AND LEATHER
After wearing shoes made from this material, the color may fade and stains may appear due to contact with other materials (such as jeans, paints, etc.). Shoes made from NUBUCK may release dye when in contact with the skin (e.g. perspiration).
Products made with "Glitter" are fashion items that require special care. As it is a delicate and fragile material, it may lose its effect (shine) if there is any friction or impact on the area.
VARNISH AND POLISHES
Patent leather is a very resistant material, however, like any other, it needs special care to remain shiny and scratch-free. One of the most common situations with this type of material is the appearance of scratches caused by friction or rubbing. When storing your shoes, avoid letting the patent leather parts come into contact with other materials that could absorb or transfer color.
