HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
Purchasing on the ESC website is simple. Just click on the item to access its description and details, select the desired size, quantity and add to cart.
You can repeat this process for each item you wish to purchase. The selected items will remain in your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on the “Finalize Purchase” button and follow the steps indicated: Contact, General Billing and Delivery Information and Payment Method Selection.
IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY ONLINE?
Currently you can only buy in mainland Portugal, Portugal Islands (Azores/Madeira).
IN HOW MANY LANGUAGES IS ONLINE NAVIGATION AVAILABLE?
The ESC online store is currently available in Portuguese and English.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PER DELIVERY?
For security reasons, the maximum amount per order cannot, in terms of value, exceed €1500.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES?
Due to different customs policies and import taxes, ESC has no control over any costs that may be applied upon arrival of a package in the destination country and cannot predict the exact amount of these fees. If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
The payment method is selected on the payment page of your shopping cart. The available methods are:
- Payment by Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that if you wish to use Visa Electron, you must have prior authorization from the card issuing bank.
- Payment by MBWAY: MB WAY is the MULTIBANCO solution that allows you, among other things, to make purchases online and in physical stores, generate virtual MB NET cards, through your smartphone, through the MB WAY app or in banking apps.
- Payment by PayPal: If you choose to pay by PayPal, once in the shopping cart you will be redirected to the PayPal login page where, after logging into your account, you must complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one and then complete your order.
- Payment by Multibanco Reference: this payment method only applies to orders originating from the Portuguese market and payment must be made from a bank in Portugal. The order will be shipped as soon as we have confirmation of payment. Payment must be made within a maximum period of (24) hours. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Payment by KLARNA — Pay in 3: With this solution, you can split the payment for your purchase into 3 installments. The first installment is paid when the product is shipped, the second in 30 days and the third in 60 days. Of course, this is interest-free and free of any additional costs for you. IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM ESC ONLINE?
Yes, the ESC website assumes a responsibility commitment towards its visitors, protecting your personal data based on the encryption of data transmission, through secure HTTP with a Digital Certificate.
IN WHAT CURRENCY CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?
All orders are placed in Euro (€) and payment will be processed in this currency. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined automatically by your Bank/PayPal and not by ESC.
WILL I RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS I ORDER?
All items available in the online store are available in our warehouses at the time they are presented.
The information about the color(s) and availability displayed in the ESC online store is permanently updated, which ensures that, in 99% of cases, the availability information is correct.
The probability of stock shortages for products sold in the online store increases the longer the time interval between placing the product in the shopping cart and confirming the order. Additionally, if several buyers place the same product in the cart, stock shortages may occur and, in this case, the order that is confirmed first will be given priority for processing.
I SAW AN ARTICLE IN A STORE. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY IT ONLINE?
The stock available on the ESC website generally represents the stock available in store, although in different quantities, so you should visit our online store frequently to check for the stock of the item you are interested in. If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please contact us through our Customer Service.
SOME ITEMS OR SIZES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE. IS THERE A POSSIBILITY THEY WILL BE ON SALE AGAIN?
It is not possible to provide information on future availability of products. The availability to consider at the time of purchase is that displayed on the product detail pages. As soon as a color/size is available again, it will be displayed immediately in the online store.

WHAT IS THE COST AND DELIVERY TIME FOR AN ORDER?
Standard delivery costs will be borne by ESC, only in mainland Portugal, for orders from €79 (inclusive), in accordance with the promotional conditions in force at any given time.

Portugal (Madeira / Azores)
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location or, where applicable, the collection point.

ONCE AN ORDER IS CONFIRMED, CAN I SUBSEQUENTLY CANCEL IT?
If the order you wish to cancel has not yet been shipped, the order can be cancelled. To do so, please contact our Customer Service .
If the shipping process has already started, you will have to proceed according to our return policy (for more information, see the Exchanges and Returns menu).
If you are a registered customer, you can check the status of your order in the MY ACCOUNT menu, “ORDERS” option.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE OR EMAIL?
Yes. You can make your request through our Contacts area or through Online Chat, and our Customer Support Service will follow up.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT IT IS SAFE TO ENTER MY CARD DETAILS?
The website www.esc---store.com guarantees the highest level of security for each purchase. Data collection is carried out using the most technologically advanced encryption systems (SSL).
For payments made with Visa and MasterCard, only SEC (Secure Electronic Trading) transactions will be accepted. After confirming that the card is part of the SEC system, a connection is made with the issuing bank so that it can authorise the customer to make the purchase. Once the bank confirms authentication, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
I AM UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER USING THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION.

If the problem persists, you should contact the card issuing bank and report the problem.
WHAT IS CVV/ CID/ CVC?
The Card Verification Value or Cod Verification Value (CVV or CVC) or the Card Identification Code (CID) is a security guarantee for credit or debit transactions, providing greater protection against credit card fraud.
The number is generated when the card is issued by encrypting the card number and expiry date into a key known only to the issuing bank. Providing this code in a transaction is intended to verify that the customer is in physical possession of the card.
